Bio
Maksymilian Małecki
Maksymilian Małecki is a Tech Lead at Insly with 20 years in IT. He leads a team of 15 engineers on an insurance platform serving brokers across Europe, and builds OWU AI — a production RAG system over Polish insurance documents, running on an AWS Bedrock pipeline that processes 120,000+ PDFs a month under GDPR and DORA. Previously NordSecurity, Bitnoi.se, ORO Inc. and Arena.pl; long-term contributor to SonataAdminBundle (18M installs). Certified Bielik RAG trainer and Event Storming facilitator. He runs local-LLM workshops for students, PhD candidates and domain experts, and has spoken at DevAI 2025, WDI 2023, PHPers Summit (three times) and PARP Future Camp 2026.
