Maksymilian Małecki
Maksymilian Małecki, Tech Lead at Insly, 17+ years in IT. Leads a team of 15 engineers and builds OWU AI: production RAG over Polish insurance documents (hybrid search, hallucination guardrails, eval harness) on a platform integrating 23+ insurers. Runs an AWS Bedrock pipeline processing 120K+ PDFs monthly under GDPR and DORA. Previously NordSecurity, Bitnoi.se, ORO, Arena.pl. Certified Bielik RAG trainer and Event Storming facilitator. Speaker at DevAI 2025, WDI 2023, and PHPers Summit (2022-2024).
